Hello. My sdcard, 8 GB scandick, suddenly stopped working

Hello. My sdcard, 8 GB scandick, suddenly stopped working when i was copying data of card to PC via a card reader. i could copy 4 out of five folders and suddenly it showed, no data on card. i again inserted in My mobile samsung galaxy S 5392, it shows corrupted and asking me to format. there is very useful data. Can anybody help how can i recover data? please guide.
