Note 4 would not send or receive calls or texts for over an hour?

[AC Question]

Phone quit sending or receiving texts or calls. Happened suddenly, had not rebooted or anything else prior to incident. Texts error said unable to send. Calls said Welcome to Verizon. We cannot complete your call as dialed,please check your number and try again. (I'm on US Cellular) I restarted multiple times without success. Suddenly I received a text and I was then able to make calls. Phone then began displaying multiple messages as if it was restarted. Help!!??

Perhaps the network in your area was temporarily down? Your carrier will be able to tell you.
