Galaxy S3 - Turns Off After Turning on

[AC Question]

S3 - When I turn it on, it boots up shows a "Unfortunately VZWAVSSERVICE has stopped working" notice and immediately shuts down...several seconds later it restarts by its self.. this continues until I catch it in mid start-up and shut it down manually.

What's up with this?
