Why is wifi and mobile networks crashing my phone?

I have the LG Volt from Virgin Mobile's Data Done Right plan. I've only had the phone for about 5 - 6 months and up until now it's been pretty good. A couple of days ago, I was having an error come up with Google Play Services and kept stopping on its own and now if my phone is connected to either wifi or mobile data, it reboots over and over again. Doesn't stop and still crashes in safemode. If I turn off the data or wifi before the phone tries to restart again, it stays on and my phone and texts still work. I can't find anything about this. Not looking forward to (but might be stuck) doing a factory reset seeing as I can't back up any of my stuff. Any ideas?

Are you using an SD card? If so, try unmounting and removing it.
