    Could go to Application Manager from settings. Going to Google Play Services app, turning off just resets to factory and did not fix.
    What are the steps I need to go through to fix this recurring notice.

    Welcome to Android Central! Rooted or unrooted? Try wiping the cache partition. The steps for the Tab S should work for the Tab Pro: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-19170
