I have had 2 users at my company that have had a similar experience. They were both using Google Chrome to connect to our clinical software when they received a message stating "Your Google service has been interrupted." They were not able to do anything with Google at that point and exited Google to the Home screen. They both had set the tablet down and when they went to try to log back on to the tablet it would not bring up the keyboard. I had called Samsung support regarding this and they suggested I try doing a hard reset and seeing if that would fix the issue. I have tried this and it did not fix the issue. I would say at this point the best solution is to do a factory wipe.
