I need help running Microsoft word in My Knox app on Note5

I am trying to view word documents in My Knox app container, however when I open MS Word app it says "Additional files required. You need additional files to run Word." It also does this when I try to open any Microsoft application while using My Knox.

Anyone have a similar problem? Or know a solution to this? I really don't want to use Hancom Office to view word files.
