Asus Zenfone 4 got stucked

[AC Question]

My zenfone4 got hanged (or freezing) and the screen got stuck every a few minutes once when i'm using some applications. The LCD touch screen still on but its not responding with a finger touch or while charging. Usually I should reboot it or turned it off. But I scared if it's stuck on boot screen like the last time and (sadly) I have to fix it with factory reset. for applications, I downloaded all of it from google play. is there any possibilities if a few applications likewise not good with ASUS ZENFONE 4 equipment?Even though I'm already used the external memory card? Please help me, how should I fix it? thank you.
