kinguser telling me to repair root why??

i rooted my phone using kinguser it was perfectly working then its telling me to repair root i tried to repair it using pc but not working,tried to remove root then a massage shows its says, you dont have root permission,removal failed.
last thing i tried is disable kinguser and try to root my phone again with anther method but every time its says root failed
please help me
