My old Galaxy 3 had a very useful feature. I would get a phone call, promise to send the person a text and immediately was able to text this person with a boilerplate from the clipboard. No copying of phone numbers, no fiddling with apps, just one key and I'm texting that number and one more key and I'm picking the text msg. off the clipboard.
Why can't I do that with my so, so terribly advanced HTC One M9?
Is there an app for that? Help. Peter.

Welcome to Android Central! Open the Phone app, tap Menu>Settings, and look for a Call Rejection option. Is there anything there for Quick Response text messages?
