Phone is locked dont know back up pin

[AC Question]

My boyfriend locked his phone and now he cant remember his back-up pin #. He also does not remember the email that is linked to his account. can you help so he does not have to do a factory reset? He has a Samsung Galaxy S5. Please help so he does not lose photos of his kids.

Try logging in to Android Device Manager on a PC or laptop with the Google account details, and resetting the device security details from there.
