A part of my screen is not touch sesitive anymore

My phone is able to display graphics on the whole screen but there is a part of the screen which is not touch sensitive anymore! It is on a wiko rainbow. It is really difficult to play some games with it! Any idea ?

That's usually a problem with the digitizer, and would require replacement.
