How to get my oneplus one data to my new note 5

So I had an upgrade with att so I got a note 5. I've been trying to transfer all my data from my oneplus one (last daily driver) but I'm super stuck and i can't get it to transfer for some reason. Can anyone tell me how?

The one plus one isn't compatible with theach smartswitch app unfortunately. Any other ideas?

What kind of data are you trying to transfer? All of your Google data should simply sync from the cloud. Are you primarily concerned with locally stored photos/videos or music? Or are you talking about data from non-Google apps?

It's now my turn. I need to transfer from OnePlus 2 to my Samsung Note 7.

Samsung Smart Switch isn't compatible with OnePlus devices. WT?

Use Helium. It's better for backing up than SS, anyway

How do you get Helium to work? I have tried everything to get Helium to work on my OPO. The computer says it's enabled but the phone tells me it's waiting for the desktop to enable it. It also tells me the phone is in MTP mode and to switch to PTP mode, when it's already in PTP mode. This kind of crap is why I didn't get the Oneplus 3.
