Why am I getting the error :T15 I00 F00 S00 N00 V00?

when i reboot my Samsung galaxy note 2 i face this error T15 I00 F00 S00 N00 V00. onward no incoming out going calls can be made.what i have to do now?

I had the Note 2 but I never had that error, have you tried booting into recovery, wiping cache, factory reset, or anything like that? Have you also contacted your carrier or Samsung support, it could be tied to something within the device or carrier specific issue. BTW which carrier are you on?
