An exclamation mark on the top left corner of Samsung Galaxy Star Pro Duos

While I open my Samsung Galaxy Star Pro...... It shows Red Exclamation Mark on the top left corner and It stucks...... HELP!!!

Could you attach a screen shot? What does it say when you pull down the notification shade? It should be related to an app or service, or possibly a device setting.

i was trying to root a samsung galaxy j1 (sm-j110h)
i failed and the phone is stuck on the startin up logo plus there is a red exclamation mark on left top corner
it does not switch on nor off
help please

Try again by following this

It's working 100% but doesn't take away the issue. I had the same issue.

Remove the battery then put it back in place. Turn on the phone by pressing the home button several times until you see Samsung logo appeared.... done. But you may have to do the same process from now on.
