BLU Studio 5.0 LTE wi-fi and mobile network not is working

[AC Question]

I had turned off my phone for approximately 7 days after having to do so for a school extra credit opportunity and I got the device back, only to see that the wi-fi and the mobile data would not turn on. If I go to the wi-fi connections screen, it constantly says "Turning WiFi on" without changing and when I enable then disable the airplane mode, the data indicator disappears completely. I've tried going to the APN settings to find it completely blank and the phone seems to be unable to recognise the SIM card even though it's in.

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data. Follow the steps in this video, but instead of selecting Wipe Data/Factory Reset, make sure you select Wipe Cache Partition. When complete, then select Reboot System Now.

Isn't helping. ..same trouble, I used DU boost speed app. After I did clean up. . After the same problem.. I used my blu studio 5.0lte 12 month..
