Android phone turned off and won't turn back on.

I connected my phone to a usb port on my computer and then the phone just turned off. There is no charge light when charging. I have tested the battery and the battery is charged. Has anyone had this problem? And does anyone have a solution?

What phone do you have? Have you tried plugging it in to the original charger? You could also try holding the power button for 30 sec.
