Why does my trio AXS 4G Android Tablet so slow on turning on?

Here's the deal, for about a month now my tablet has been turning on around 15 minutes after I press the turn on button, whether it be charged or not it takes a large amount of time for it to turn on. I look it up and nothing is coming up and I really have no idea what to do. The worst part is, is that it is about 1-year-old (October will be 1 year) which isn't long. We are fairly poor so we can't get it fixed basically anywhere and we can't switch it out because, well, it's almost been a year.
Please help, I am getting so sick of waiting for it to turn on.
