My problem has happened with a series of issues

First my phone started draining the battery very quickly. Then it started shutting down as soon as I took a few of pictures. Soon after, it started shutting down after taking just one picture. Finally it started shutting down as soon as I turned the screen on. I thought the battery was dying quickly but when I plugged it in to the charger, it would stay on and the battery indicator said it was fully charged. But when I plugged it in, it would start "optimizing apps" every time I tried to plug it in to get it started again. It would take forever to optimize the 120 apps that it said I had. It wouldn't start at all unless I plugged it in and it would do the optimizing apps every time I did plug it. Finally it wouldn't stay on at all, even when plugged in. Every time I try to start it now, the Android logo comes on and it either begins optimizing apps again and then shuts down within a couple of seconds or it just shuts down as soon as the Android logo comes on. Please help!!

Which phone do you have? Can you easily remove the battery? If so I could try with a new one and check if the problem persists.
