NFL mobile app not streaming Patriots game

I'm on Verizon and the NFL mobile app seems to be working well on by s5 but when I went to stream the patriots game yesterday it just went to a stats page instead of streaming the game. I tried the Philly game and it started streaming right away? Does anyone know if there is some type of blackout for certain games? and if so where there's a list? I would hope not since one of the selling points they're publishing is that you can stream live local games...
