Can I use the Peel Smart Remote as just a remote without all the whistles and bells?
I have limited data (yes in the house too, not everyone has a big internet pipeline) and don't want the app to be sucking down data (yes, WiFi too. WiFi does not always mean free data, it is simply the device that puts your internet source over the air. My data costs $10 a gig, WiFi or not).
I just want it to be a remote control for Dish Hopper/Joey and television sets...nothing else.
