Is there a way to go back to an older version of S planner?

I've recently upgraded from an S4 to an S6, which I'm very happy with except for one thing... The S planner app is different on the 6. All of my notifications are attached to the alarm by default and appear on lock screen. The S4 planner gave you the option to not see any alerts so I would only get an email reminder 15 minutes before. This took no extra steps when putting in a calendar entry unlike the new S6. Being finicky, I know, but anyway to get rid of the default alarm notification without having to change it on each event you add? Or anyway to go back to a previous version of S planner?
