Did i get ripped off

[AC Question]

I recently bought an unlocked HTC One Max from eBay through the seller "Bid Allies" for 242$. It supposedly said that the trust rating is 98% but I ve heard some questionable reviews about the seller online. But I've already purchased the phone. What do you think?

why would you think you got ripped off? is the phone faulty or not as described in the advert? as for the price I wouldn't have paid that for a Max, but HTC never made a Max 2 so it might be considered a "one off"
