New motto 360 disconnecting from phone

So I just bought a brand new motto 360 watch and I have an HTC 626 running lollipop. At first the watch connects perfectly but after a few minutes it will disconnect, and the android wear app will say trying to connect . Every time I reset my watch it will re connect and it's just a loop after that. Is there any solution so my watch can stay connected forever? Oh and also the battery life on the watch lasts about 4 hours.
