We have wifi at home, and our phones are connected to that system, but for some reason, they keep downloading data every 3 hours without using our wifi. It is using up our data plan. What app would be doing this?

Which carrier do you have? Check in your settings if the Smart Network Switch is enabled. If so disable it and see if it makes any difference.

Also, you could check in your data usage which apps are using your mobile data.

I'm using AT&T as a carrier, and I have installed onavo count to help me identify the app using the data. I will check the smart network switch. I think I do have it enabled.
