G900T blocked on T-Mobile due to nonpayment of phone, can it get blacklisted on AT&T?

AC Question

Title says it all. Bought a used G900T on ebay, but the seller hadn't paid off the phone (phone was on a payment plan). It has already been blacklisted on T-Mobile due to nonpayment, currently it is working on AT&T, but can it get blacklisted on AT&T later down the road?

I use Cricket (uses AT&T towers), Cricket support told me that the phone cannot be blacklisted on AT&T unless requested by the original phone owner.

Could T-Mobile block the phone on AT&T without the original phone owners permission?

Thanks.
