My Samsung has recently started rebooting automatically every 20 or so seconds...
The only way to fix the issue appears to be a factory reset but the thing is I want to backup all my data onto my PC. The problem being that when the phone is off (or it restarts) it locks itself and doesn't allow my PC any acces.
