I missed quite a lot of phone calls due to reception problem with my Samsung S6. When I switched back to my old Samsung S3 and both my income n outgoing calls are normal. Initially I suspected my phone operator, China mobile, it was not their fault. I finally took it to samsung's service centre, Oh, my God, the queue was so long, obviously, there must be so many defective phones. After 45 minutes, it was my turn. After such long waiting, I m kind of aggravated, the service guy was even more furious than. May me he already facing too many faulty cases. Finally, I have to leave my S6 for them to check it out. I left it on Oct 30 2015, they said they will call me when they find out the problem. It is Oct 4 2015, I m still awaiting for the call. I swear I will never ever buy any Samsung product .
