Last Feb, I got and had to send back a Note Pro 12 inch tablet because it wouldn't connect with Verizon wireless network, The wifi worked but it wouldn't connect to VZ. I had a 2 hour ordeal at VZ tech support, with 1 guy even telling me they weren't supposed to work with VZ network, till I got somebody that said yes they were and to send it back. I checked with Samsung, and they also told me to send it back.
Tomorrow, I'm getting another and trying again. I am most often in a rural area with no wifi anywhere near so the only way I can even get online is through VZ wireless network and a tablet that can't do that is useless. Has anyone else here had a problem with this model and can you give me any troubleshooting tips incase this happens again? I'm a newbie and I don't want to go through more hours arguing with tech support because I don't know the right things to say and ask.
