    I received a Tab S2 10" from Tiger Direct and it still has the Retail Mode app on it, which locks it to the "demo experience." After contacting Tiger Direct about it, I was told to talk to Samsung, and after calling Samsung, I was told to get in contact with the Samsung rep for the Tiger Direct outlet. I just want the app off and so I can use my tablet.

    It locks me out of performing a factory rest not only through the settings menu, but also the Recovery mode menu. In the settings menu, it's greyed out and unselectable, and when an attempt is made through the Recovery menu, it tells me "MDM does not all factory reset."

    From my understanding, there's a universal password to remove the app, but no one seems to have the information on that. Some help would be appreciated.

    Are you any where near a Best Buy? They have Samsung reps there and sometimes they can help with tough issues.
