why is my samsung phone not getting charged ?

usually when i charge my samsung phone it vibrates for a second or makes a voice then it shows its charging and how many % .. but today wen my battery was low i went to charge it and found the mob is not charging ..so i tried removing the charger from that plug to another plug .. but it still didnt work .. so its not the problem of the plug.. then i tried using a different charger . and it is still the same .. not working !! so please help me out if you know why it is like this ..

Assuming that you tried a different USB lead as well as a different charger, one possibility is that the USB port connector is dirty or damaged; but of course, there are others....the battery or some internal component may have failed.
