Notifications bar disappearing & reappearing CONSTANTLY!

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini. Out of nowhere my notifications bar started disappearing & reappearing CONSTANTLY. I tried a reset & that helped for a while but now it's back to doing it again & it's driving me CRAZY!! Can anyone help me out with this? Has anyone else had this happen?? TIA!

Hello Terri, welcome to the forums! By reset do you mean factory reset? You could try booting your phone in safe mode to be sure if there's a problem with your system or just a conflict with an app that you downloaded.

I have the galaxy s3 mini g730a and have this same issue. While it does not bother me much, I fear it is taxing my battery.
