I see reviews of every new "Phone" to hit the streets. I am looking ahead to using & seeing IF the new LG V10 will be my next phone... All this aside, NEVER, not once have I seen a review that tells me how these "phones" act as a phone, in sending & getting calls. How is the speakerphone? Bluetooth good? I want reviews on how will a phone call sound on the device. Did everyone forget that they are still "phones" Is the call quality ok? Great? Poor? Did the phone drop calls...?
Listen up! Take a call from the consumer & report the whole story, not just the camera, or the screen.

Yes, people have to some extent forgotten that they are basically telephones. 'Multi-Purpose Electronic Device' or some such name might be more accurate, but 'Phone' is the name that has found favour. To some people, the Phone app is not very important. Having said that, surely call quality is usually mentioned in reviews?

Most reviews test call quality and signal strength. Check Verge, CNET, gsmarena.

You might want to check out this thread. You could ask Phil about call quality.
