how do i fix my l15g when the message

[AC Question]

my phone will not stop popping this message up. I can click one button before it pops right back up. I have factory reset it and called straight talk to get a solution. I have had no luck. they said they would replace it if I send it to them. this means I will be without a phone for a while. this is the only phone I have and I need it to be fixed so I don't have to be without one with my 3 year old son. what can I do?
