How can I upload my contacts to my LG G4

My Contacts are a complete mess on my LG G4. I was able to clean them up in my Google account on my PC. But they are still a mess on my phone. Please help me clean up my accounts?

Since you already have a cleaned-up list in Google, just turn off contacts sync on the phone, delete all the contacts on it, then turn sync back on The clean list will sync to the phone and you're done.
