    Hi,

I have a Sprint Galaxy S5 (v5.0), and often when a call starts (incoming and outgoing), the person on the other end cannot hear me. The mute button does not show as being turned on, but enabling then disabling mute fixes it for that call.

The same thing happened with my prior phone (an S3). I suspect that it may be an app I have installed as my wife has had the same two phones and never had the issue.

Are there apps that are known to cause this problem? Are there permissions other than microphone that I should look for in trying to find locate the culprit?

Is there any other possible cause?

    Thanks
    Shawn

No, I never did. It does seem to be happening less now. I tried uninstalling some apps that I knew had microphone permissions, but that didn't help.
