I have a Galaxy S4 regular model and had email problems with the default script so went to K-9. That was okay for a while but started to do the same so I am now back with the default.
The mail sosmetimes does not come down for 2 days even if I use the manual circle to prompt it.
I have tried all settings for the sync and have tried several smtp settings with different isps but still no help.
This must be a hardware problem because we have an Apple 4 and iPad and a Surface Pro 3 and all get the mail down automatically.
They all have the same pop3 settings, so why should the Galaxy be different.. with 2 clients.. default and K-9.
Can I get a true resolve or is this the Galaxy S4 ?
I am about to buy a new phone and will not go Samsung again if this problem is what they will always have.
Please give me a hand.
