Why there is time lag in my nexus 5 after marshmallow update?

My phone time was set with time provided by network. But after updating marshmallow, its running with 10 minutes delay.
Got to know the problem as my husband's phone is working fine on previous version.

Try a Cache Partition wipe, good practice after a system update. Note that on the Nexus 5, it takes several minutes.
