Why Android doesn't show my all aplications after update?

Hey, I have just updated Android on my Xperia M2 to version 5.1.1 and i have a small problem. Some of my applications are invisible - there are no icons in main menu. From 27 installed applications i can see only about 15. The only way to open them is by using Google Play, because there are installed and i can start it here. Any ideas?

First, try a Cache Partition wipe, good practice after an update.
If that doesn't fix it, we'll take it from there.

Cache partition wipe didn't solve the problem. I noticed that missing applications are from my SD card, but some other apps are working normally.
