My Galaxy S3 was dropped into my sink and left soaked for a whole minute while i was distracted.

I took it out, took out the battery and sim card, and my lamp is warming it up right now. It was actually working before I took out the battery, but the screen EXTREMELY dim and the touch screen didn't work. Any hope for it?
