While listening to music on Play Music and browsing with Chrome simultaneously, Play Music just keeps crashing over and over again. I check to see what apps are running and even without closing any apps it still says that there is available RAM. The Moto E has 1GB of ram, is it really that these two apps cannot run simultaneously?

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Music, and tap Clear Cache. If you don't mind losing any locally stored data or settings, Clear Data as well. (As long as you have your music in the cloud, you won't lose anything important.) Now see if the problem persists.
