how do i force the pictures on my gal5s to the memory card to free up device storage

my memory is full on the phone but the card is empty. im pretty sure its the 1500 picturs i have. I need to mive them to the card or to my computer. which i dont know how to do.

The easiest option is to use your Google Photos account to backup the photos. Open the Photos app and go into the settings and enable the Automatically Backup feature while connected to WiFi only. When you are on WiFi it'll sync to your Google photos and be available whenever or wherever your computer is connected to the web. If you must transfer to a computer, I suggest installing Kies: Samsung Kies, Free Download Kies 3, Latest PC Suite, Mobile Software, Window 7 PC

Use that to transfer and backup the photos to your computer. Good luck!
