Remove and reinsert PIN locked SIM , after unlocking Security lock screen is seen.

Steps to reproduce:
1. SIM1 should be in device
2. Security screen lock should be set
3. Now reboot the device
4. Enter Pin for sim and then enter Security screen lock pin
5. Homescreen should be seen
6. Again remove pin locked SIM and re-insert the pin locked SIM
7. The device will ask for SIM to unlock
8. Unlock the SIM and enter

Issue : The device is again asking for Security screen lock to unlock.


When the device is already screen unlocked , why the same is asking for just removing and inserting the sim which is pin locked.
It should only ask for PIN to unlock not the screen.
