My samsung edge 6 plus is not accepting anything an cant get wiped clean how do i fix this

i have samsung edge6 plus it locked me out did factory reset wont except my gmail account best buy could not wipe clean att technical store do not have the ability to do they have not been sent the soft were to be able to flash it or wipe device clean unable to use it at all

Welcome to Android Central! Is this your phone? Did it lock you out because you don't know the password? If you did an unauthorized factory reset on a Samsung device, Knox often requires you to log back in with the same Google account that was used before. Do you know the correct Google account?

I would contact Google to work on having your Google account reset so you can login into it properly.
