Do i have a manufacturers warrenty for my One Plus One?

[AC Question]

Hi, my dad got me the OPO as a Christmas present (great dad) but he's not very clued up with things and he ordered it from amazon not by getting an invite through OPO themselfs. My phones mic isn't working so on one can hear me when I'm talking slightly annoying!! Not sure what to do now about getting it fixed or replaced. Who do I contact? Any help would be appreciated!!

Welcome to Android Central! Do you still have the original packaging for the phone? Can you get the original invoice from your father, or did one come with the phone?
