Data Roaming on while not abroad

[AC Question]

Hey,
I did a factory reset on my phone (Galaxy s3) and now my phone is constantly on Data Roaming even though I'm not abroad and I have unchecked the Data Roaming box in the Mobile Networks.
Also my Mobile Data doesn't work either.

Any chance some one happens to know what can I do?
