    I have a NEXUS 10 TABLET.

I am not able to get enough of a connection to xfinity WiFi even though,

I AM SITTING DIRECTLY IN THE COMCAST STORE PARKING LOT ACROSS FROM MY APARTMENT!

The NEXUS 10 does not automatically change from my home wireless to the xfinity WiFi like my phone does.

When I manually forget my home connection and change to xfinity WiFi, the connection is very weak and loses the connection in just minutes.

My daughter uses her tablet while traveling on highways.* My phone has no problem with automatically changing.* I thought for all this money I would be able to use it outside.

I also brought my HP ENVY LAPTOP across the street and I could not get it to connect.

Obviously I don't know what I have to do to make these devices truly MOBILE.

COULD YOU PLEASE TRY TO EXPLAIN WHAT I HAVE TO DO?

    Sincerely yours,

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried opening a browser and seeing if there is a log in page you need to input information in?
