Why is my phone not going on and yet it's on charge

I restarted it but it didn't come back on,what's wrong with my phone

If you're sure that all the component parts of the charging system are working, including the phone's USB port connector, try pressing and holding Power for a minute or so....or a combination of buttons, depending on what phone you have.
Otherwise, there may be a battery or other internal failure.
