don't know what else you need, I can either transfer pictures or not.

Welcome to Android Central! Connect the phone to the computer via USB, and use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the photos from the phone to the computer's hard drive. If the photos were taken by the phone's camera, they should be in the /DCIM/Camera directory.
