Hi, I am looking for help to retrieve deleted files on my Galaxy Note 3 after the service center performed format and factory reset.

The files, or maybe some of them, are actually still there, not erased, just sort of marked for deletion and eligible to be overwritten. There are some apps such as DiskDigger, Easeus, Android Recovery, etc that could possibly recover the data. However, they require rooting the phone. Also, the more the phone has been used since the files were deleted, the poorer the chances of recovery. That's because the chances of the old data already being overwritten increase with use. Once overwritten, data really is gone.

Anyway, if you're willing to take the chance that the data has not been overwritten, and if you're willing to root the phone, and if you're willing to buy the software, then maybe you can recover at least some files. But I wouldn't count on it. Next time remember - backups, backups, backups!
